Health and Wellness at Magnolia

Health and wellness—physically, mentally and emotionally—are key ingredients to living well. Eating healthy, caring for client safety, exercising regularly, and managing stress are all included in health and wellness.

Health and Wellness options include:

Magnolia’s wellness services include:

Group and Individual Fitness Training
Nutrition Management
Medication Management & Administration


The hub of our wellness services is our 5500 square foot Wellness Center, which features a gym, fitness room, our Nurses’ Station, a private medical exam room and a sick bay.

Our Wellness Team is led by Dr. Sara Fernandez, Medical Director; Dr. Jay Sevin, Psychologist; and Donna Percle, RN, Director of Nursing.
