Project description: The Magnolia Henican Group Home, one of 20 residences operated by Magnolia Community Services, reopened following a design-build renovation that modernized nearly 4,300 square feet, increased capacity, and added new private bedrooms, a renovated kitchen and dining area, upgraded laundry facilities, new building systems, durable shiplap wall protection, a light, beach-inspired design, and enhanced accessibility throughout.
