Celebrating 90 Years of Service and Honoring Our Dedicated Staff
As Magnolia Community Services celebrates its 90th year of service, we had the privilege of recognizing one of our greatest strengths — our staff. At a special Staff Recognition Dinner, catered by Pigeon’s Catering, team members with over 10 years of tenure were honored for their commitment and dedication. Many staff dressed up, brought family members, and enjoyed an evening filled with celebration and gratitude.
Each honoree received a personalized plaque and lanyard pins they can proudly wear on the job. While years of service were being recognized, the evening was about more than numbers. It was about the immeasurable impact of staff members who give their heart, knowledge, and dedication to ensure that every Magnolia client lives a full and meaningful life. Many of our honorees have watched clients grow up and consider them family — a reflection of the compassion that defines Magnolia.

Throughout the evening, staff shared memories and reflections about their time at Magnolia. Many spoke about the unconditional love of clients, the friendships formed, and the sense of purpose Magnolia has brought to their lives.
